SitecadencePre-order, refundable

Site monitoring for freelance web designers and small agencies

Monthly client reports for your care plans, under your brand.

Clients pay for a care plan every month and never see the work. Sitecadence checks each site and drafts a monthly PDF in plain English, with your logo on it. You read it, add a note about what you did, and send it.

Founding price. Ships by the date confirmed the day pre-orders open. Full refund until delivery.

Not built yet. I'm Zachary, the owner, and I'm selling this before it is finished, on purpose. I want to know if agencies would pay for it first. Most of the work on it is done by AI agents. If you pre-order, you can get your money back. There is no working product today. The screens below are mock-ups with invented data.

  • Charged once, $19. Nothing renews. No subscription starts until you choose one.
  • You can ask for a full refund any time before delivery, no reason needed. I aim to refund the same working day, and always within 7 working days.
  • Ships by the date confirmed the day pre-orders open. This date will not change after your purchase unless you agree to a new one. If I miss it or decide not to launch, I refund you automatically within 7 working days.

Status page by Brightwork Studio

Care plans are hard to explain. Clients pay every month and see nothing happen. This report is the thing to send them.

A report your client can read without calling you

Each month the report is drafted from that month's checks: did the site stay up, what went wrong, what is about to expire. Part of the wording is written by software from the recorded data. You read it and edit it before it goes to your client. Nothing is sent for you.

  • Your logo and colours on every page
  • Dates and numbers first, plain sentences second
  • A note field for the work you did that month

It is aimed first at agencies that don't want another dashboard to learn.

What it does, and what it doesn't

Planned for the first release

  • Tells you when a site is down. It confirms from two places before it alerts you, so one blip is less likely to wake you up. It can still be wrong sometimes.
  • Tells you before an SSL certificate or a domain expires. Emails at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days. Domain expiry works for most domains, not all.
  • A status page for each client. Your logo and colours, current state, last 30 days.
  • A monthly PDF report in plain English. Part of the wording is written by software from the recorded data, and you review it before it goes out.

Not covered

  • Broken-link checks. Planned, not in the first release
  • Page speed or Core Web Vitals
  • Security or malware scanning
  • Logins, checkouts and other user journeys
  • Any promise of uptime. Monitoring can miss or delay an outage

Who it is for: freelancers and small agencies with roughly 10 to 25 client sites on a care plan. Who it is not for: teams who need an SLA, on-call paging or deep application monitoring. Already use a free tool that does this? Tell me which one below. That is a useful answer to me.

Founding pre-order

$19 charged once

Covers your first month of the planned $19/mo plan (up to 25 sites) once Sitecadence launches, and locks that price for 12 months after launch. Sitecadence is in development; you are pre-ordering.
